About Us
Angels Court’s Private Home Care Program is a home and community-based alternative to placement in a hospital and/or skilled nursing unit of a nursing facility to receive Medicaid-funded assistance for care.
The goal of our program is to provide services which allow Private Pay and Medicaid eligible persons who meet hospital and/or skilled nursing level of care to remain at home or in the client setting of their choosing.
Angels Court Home Care Program offers professional support 24hours-a-day, 7 days per week. Office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday with On-Call Service in place: evenings, holidays, and weekends.
